I am so angry about this blatant push to get you removed. What really scares me is complaints teams- whether it is Hr in a company the complaints team at a school or the safety team at a Uni- they are all women. Like all. I’ve never seen even a single male in an investigative role- and that is hugely discriminating and sexist.

Unfair treatment is so angering. That is why so many angry people look for ways how they have been unfairly treated. (FYI you are not an angry person in my book)
Once these angry people found something they can label "I have been treated unfair" they feel enabled to treat others unfair (revenge mentality).
When someone points out that they are delusional in thinking they have been treated unfair (like you do), that person will become the main focus of outburst of anger and will create actual unfair treatment.
When you are treated unfair by people -full of anger- who think they are noble and right to do so it is even more devastating.

As you clearly are a smart man you must have expected this, still it must come as a shock to see how little support you get from the society.
Reading through James' cancellation story holds many echoes from my own cancelation. The mechanisms used by Team Femi-Nazi are very much uniform. What is perhaps the most disturbing is the tone of familiarity the women involved in this effort have when speaking with women in positions of authority. These women do no show the deference or need to make a rational argument for a particular course of action to a person in a position of power. They sound more like sisters in a cult or coven working to bully those not in their sisterhood. This attitude goes beyond the mere concept of in versus out group bias in women being stronger than that in men. It is frankly toxic and provides a strong argument for NOT allowing women to serve in administrative roles as they seem to be incapable of doing so professionally.
I am sorry that this happened to James...and am glad that he is trying to fight back against this. Sadly, I don't see how the current university system survives without a complete purging of toxic women from it. Perhaps we need to go back to segregated education and leave women to scheme and back stab each other while men restore the universities to what rationality and logic built them up to be.

The benefit if you contact the anti discrimination commision in Wa the University is on the back foot and have to proove you were not discriminated against because of your gender and they can force ECU into a room for mediation
This is absolutely appalling that female academic staff are so incredibly sexist and getting away with it. It’s quite dangerous and high risk for the future of free speech and Australia’s education sector, that is more and more at a tertiary level being dominated with female academic staff with really radical misandrist views.

Nice job documenting the issues at the university where you worked. Can't say I'm surprised at any of this, as it has been happening for a while, getting worse and worse. As the proportion of women in the workplace increases, so will their influence on the work culture. Women tend to think differently than men, and we are starting to see those differences, writ large. As far as universities go, at least in the non-STEM departments and in administration, I think it is a lost cause.
In fact, I think we would all be best served by getting out of their way and letting them destroy these institutions as fast as possible. Only by seeing how insane these people are will the general public begin to reject the feminists' behavior and their access to power. Unfortunately we aren't there yet, so we need them to go a bit further with their craziness. The only real solution is to found new universities that have rigid standards and a serious commitment to academic rigor. Then supply and demand in the marketplace will determine how much of the general public cares more about knowledge than activism and is willing to send their children to the real schools.

As you stated, men are not included and as a Gay Male I am left out also, UNLESS I'm in the 'gender-diverse' group? and what the hell does that mean anyway 'gender-diverse'.
I experienced a 'microagression' recently when a woman called me 'darling'. This has slowed down but there was a time when many women called 'gay men' darling. I've put up with it because of my own cowardice but next time I'm asked to complete a survey I will be addressing this shit, if not before hand in person.
2. "Masculinism is a useful concept..." and my response to this part was: I've seen and see so many lesbians that put 'real men' to shame with their Butchness and 'masculinism'.

A friend who's an advisor to NCFM got wise to an attempt to "cancel" him at UC Davis. He was able to do a FOIA request for the emails of the people involved, sued the university, and ended up getting his PHD paid for.
Longer ago, my friend Fred was invited to an event by Warren Farrel, and was uninvited. He says Warren put an empty chair up on the state in protest.

I have previously come across your research, but didn’t know anything more about you until I came across your post.

The academia has in many respects become a toxic, and frankly dangerous, place for boys and men.
