Regarding the way ECU treated you James reminded me of America's Modis Operandi which is built around the policy of promoting people into positions of power by their ability to be "willing and able" to support government policy. Thus the female composition at the top of ECU were political appointees influenced by the feminist movement .
Unfortunately Australia in the current day and age has also been poisoned by DEI . It is not working well imo and I can only hope our next election will correct DEI by introducing merit.
