Until a fake rape claim is treated as the serious crime it is and the definition of rape narrowed rather than widened eg coercive control etc to the benefit of evil and vexatious women, innocent men are doomed.

Mental illness of women?

That's a broad category.

May as well call it female nature.

They evolved to manipulate false allegations for advantage.

We know for certain at least 95 percent of rape allegations against men are false.

Thank you girls.

Thanks Jim,

It's too bad we can't trust recent studies. Given the social, political, academic, .., medical political pressure to get the 'right' answers.

Why? .. check out how little truth means to most women, and the percentage of women that would hide (and lie) for .. REASONS! yea.

Academic priorities (Clark et al. 2024, psychology professors);

When truth and social equity conflict, 66.4% of men vs. 43.0% of women prioritize truth. 48.3% of men vs. 30.5% of women say science should never be suppressed for harm concerns. .. Women more supportive of retracting papers when conclusions could harm vulnerable groups (37.9% vs. 24.1%) or when extremists might weaponize results (26.7% vs. 19.4%). Jim, I don't know about you, but why are we putting up with F-ing nightmare - every God Darn thing they Shit into and vomit poison, an we all say

"oh dear dear dear, don't lift a finger - will fix it."

over over over, Some much false raping too - Lets make a rule. We assume she is a lying bitch, and if she does have solid evidence that mean actual rape not just sex, then she is charge with false ape and get the prison years she would sent the man to.

I would have 500 women be wrongly disbelieved then an man be wrongfully charged. F-um, let stay home at night and be careful because you ran out of trust and lets face-it there murdering our babies - once that okay - there dangerous because there are f-ing murderers! And you think a little lying would be too far for people who hire witches that rip-off arms and legs of our children!

What the F- is wrong with you! With everyone!

You shouldn't turn you back on those things.

May God have mercy!

Thanks for pulling this together Jim. Interesting the number hovers around 5%. My guess would be considerably higher.

Here's what GPT said about the convictions from those 80,000 claims “Of roughly 80,000 rape reports, the number ending in conviction is likely only a few thousand—perhaps around 2,000 to 6,500, depending on the dataset and definition used.” "Of the rape allegations reported to police each year, only about 26% are officially cleared or "solved" by law enforcement, and only about 3–9% ultimately result in a conviction."

Hmmmm. This leaves me wondering about the other 74%....

So 26-3 = 23% / 26-9 = 17%. 17%-23% are they the formal acquittals? Either the case didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt or it was discovered to be false and the matter dropped. If established to be false, the accuser should be charged/convicted.

The 74% could be a large combination of lots of things. Lack or insufficient evidence to bring a charge?, early discovery of false complaint? Lack of resources to prosecute? Other priorities? Hesitation or doubt they (prosecutors) can make the case?

Lots of things that still impact on peoples lives...

If the conservative number is 5%; doesn't that mean there are at least 5%?
