Latest data from the U.S. show continued growth in the field is driven by female graduates, and some peer reviewers want to know more about the causes of men’s academic disengagement
How did you get the related content widget under/on your articles? PS: this is amazing. I just wrote an article yesterday that touched on this, how women are overtaking (and have been) men for decades now in education
Hi Toni - For the related content widgets, I manually type in "Related Content at The Nuzzo Letter" and then copy and paste the URLs/links associated with my related posts. When you paste in the URLs, Substack automatically recognises it as a Substack link and then it gives you the option to display the widget in a few different sizes. I choose the smallest size. I hope that helps.
And feel free to send me your article on education when it is published. I may be able to include it in my Weekly Roundup, which I publish every Sunday.
I suspect it's about to get much worse. It varies a bit by field, but around 60% female seems to be a tipping point where the entire field gets socially coded as "feminine" and male flight in the field not only kicks into high gear, but becomes preemptive in education as well, dropping straight male enrollment for that field like a rock.

WOW, thanks so much man. I appreciate it!! I'm sharing this because everyone with a Substack should know about how to embed related content <3
